How long does shipping take?

After you buy online, shipping confirmation date takes between 3-5 business days after your order is posted. We can not guarantee shipping times. We will notify you upon completion with your tracking information via the email address that is tied to your order. If you do not receive your order within 10 days from your shipping confirmation date, please contact us.

How much is shipping?

We ship out Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4 pm Central Standard. All small orders are ship via UPS Ground or USPS. Pricing is based on UPS or USPS rates for shipping ground from Miami, FL. Shipping cost are included in our online prices.

 

General Shipping Policy

At this time, Patiera ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and Canada and not to other international locations. Patiera does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands. 

Patiera online product prices includes the shipping to all orders on US and Canada. We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, we require a physical address for shipping.

Shipments to Canada

We are based on Miami US, orders over 2500$ sold to Canada are subject to Canadian/US border customs clearance (at no cost to you). US Customs requires that paperwork on all orders shipped has to disclose Tax Identification number for businesses and Social Security Number for private customers. Once you make your purchase you will be contacted by the Patiera staff to collect the required information that exclusively be used for customs clearance.
